The Buyer places an order independently on the website, or by the telephone number shown on the website, or at the Seller showroom.

2.3. By placing an order the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the terms of this offer, the information about the goods and the delivery and payment terms.

2.4. An order placed on the website is deemed accepted for processing once a page showing the order number appears on screen. The order number is additionally sent to the contact details provided by the Buyer.

2.5. Acceptance of an order for processing does not mean that it is confirmed. An order becomes confirmed once the Seller has agreed with the Buyer the availability of the goods, their price, and the cost and time of delivery.

2.6. When placing an order the Buyer shall provide accurate and complete information: first name and surname, mobile telephone number, email address, delivery address, details of the recipient if the goods are to be received by someone other than the Buyer, and any other information the Seller needs to perform its obligations under the Contract. The Seller may also cancel an order and withdraw from the Contract unilaterally and without recourse to court if:

the terms referred to in clause 2.9 could not be agreed because the Buyer does not answer calls and emails within 3 (three) calendar days of placing the order;

the information about the goods, including the price, was published with a technical error;

the Buyer does not collect the goods within 10 (ten) calendar days of being notified that the order is ready for collection;

the Buyer does not accept the goods on delivery and redelivery proves impossible through the Buyer fault;

the Buyer breaches the terms of this offer.

2.12. The Buyer may withdraw from a confirmed order before the goods are handed over by notifying the Seller at the telephone number or email address shown on the website.

3. Price of the goods and services and payment arrangements

3.1. Prices are shown in the online store in Uzbek soum.

3.2. The Seller may change the price of the goods at any time before an order is confirmed. The price of a confirmed order is not subject to change.

3.3. Delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods, is calculated separately when the order is placed and depends on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the order. The final delivery cost is agreed with the Buyer when the order is confirmed.

3.4. The Buyer pays for the order by one of the methods available at checkout:

by bank card on the website — on the secure payment page of the payment organisation. Uzcard and HUMO cards are accepted, as well as international cards where the payment page offers that option;

in cash on receipt — to the courier, at the pickup point or at the Seller showroom.

3.5. When paying by bank card the Buyer enters the card details on the page of the payment organisation. The Seller does not receive, process or store card details. Transmission of card data is secured and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

3.6. The Buyer payment obligation is deemed performed once the funds are received by the Seller or once the payment organisation confirms that the funds have been successfully charged.

3.7. Where an order is cancelled, the Buyer returns the goods or the Contract is terminated, the amount paid is refunded by the same method used for payment, unless the Buyer refund request sent to the Seller email address info@auras.uz provides otherwise. The refund period is 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the Seller receives such a request, unless this offer sets a different period, provided that the Seller has confirmed that the goods may be returned and the Buyer has returned them. Fees charged by the payment organisation and the bank for the transfer are not reimbursed by the Seller.

3.8. Where the Contract is terminated at the Buyer request because goods with defects were sold, settlement is made on the basis of the price at the time the claim was brought if the price has risen, and on the basis of the price at the time of purchase if the price has fallen.

4. Time and procedure for handing over the goods

4.1. The goods are handed over by one of the methods chosen at checkout: delivery to an address, collection from a pickup point of the delivery service, or self-collection from the Seller showroom at 157-A, Fargona yuli 3rd lane, Yashnobod district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. The handover time is agreed with the Buyer when the order is confirmed and depends on the availability of the goods and the delivery address.

4.3. Delivery is carried out by a delivery service engaged by the Seller. The delivery date is agreed with the Buyer; the Seller does not guarantee the exact time of the courier arrival within the agreed day.

4.4. The goods are handed to the Buyer or to the person named by the Buyer as the recipient. A person present at the delivery address who accepts the goods is deemed authorised to receive them.

4.5. For self-collection the Seller notifies the Buyer that the order is ready. The goods are kept at the showroom for 10 (ten) calendar days from that notice; thereafter the order is cancelled under clause 2.11.

4.6. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of handover.

4.7. If the Buyer or the recipient is not present at the delivery address at the agreed time, redelivery is arranged by agreement and paid for by the Buyer separately.

4.8. Goods accepted without comment are deemed handed over in proper appearance, quantity and completeness.

5.3. If replacement goods are not in stock, the replacement period is extended until they arrive, of which the Seller notifies the Buyer.

5.9. The Seller may carry out a quality check and, in the event of a dispute about the cause of the defects, an expert examination at its own expense. The Buyer may attend the quality check and may challenge the expert conclusion in court. If the examination establishes that the defects arose from circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer reimburses the Seller for the cost of the examination and for the storage and transport of the goods.

5.10.
